| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT Quarterly Arsenic Sample DETAILS: The 2nd quarter 2014 sample result is at 0.0117 mg/l. I contacted Marty and asked him to reissue the public notice and provide a copy to OHA DWP. The system was also just sent a copy of a BCA drafted by OHA. I am awaiting the response of the homeowners association regarding the agreement. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on PN and BCA. | ||
