| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform from routine sample at DIST-A 4/23/2014 DETAILS: Spoke with Keith Andresen at home. Informed him of the routine positive total coliform taken 4/23/2014from DIST-A, Elk City Rd Pump House. Agreed that 4 repeat samples will completed ASAP including one at the source, one at the Dist-A, one at the first spigot in the roundabout, and one at the club house from a hose bib. If any repeat samples are positive, public notice will be required. 5 routine samples are required the next month in May 2014. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples and 5 routine samples in May 2014. | ||
