| Details: | SUMMARY: System has been on priority non-complier list for 13 months. DETAILS: In May of 2013 this market was sold and the store was opened under new name on May 13, 2013. New owner is very compliant and wants to follow the rules. I spoke with Merrily who stated she has contracted the water work out from this system to All Well Pump Service, Steve 541-660-81028. After talking to the owner I called Steve and informed hi of the system status as well as what samples needed to be taken to come into compliance. Steve understood that a nitrate still needed to e taken , one coliform source sample per month until next May for a total of 1 year and a quarterly coliform sample.
