| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority non complier DETAILS: Received a call from Jim 8/2/13 about a violation postcard received. After looking up system on the state website it appeared the firm has missed a nitrate in 2011 and 2012 and numerous source water assessment coliform tests. It was explained they need to take and submit a nitrate test ASAP. In addition, the firm took a source water assessment test before treatment in May and July of 2013 and this tests needs to continue monthly for 1 year. Continue to take treated quarterly coliform tests, the 3rd quarter of 2013 was already submitted July 1st. ACTION NEEDED: Take nitrate ASAP and need a source coliform assessment test for August and continue monthly until April 2014. Also need a treated coliform test for the 4th quarter of 2013. | ||
