| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert for Quarterly Sampling DETAILS: USFS has a signed Bilateral Contract Agreement with the state to install POU arsenic removal filters in each of the three buildings onsite to come into compliance with regulations. POU filters will be installed by September 2014. Quarterly monitoring will continue until the POU devices are installed. Every 90 days a new Public Notice needs to be updated and posted at the facility. ACTION NEEDED: Michelle will send in an updated Public Notice and I will forward it on to the state. | ||
