| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed compliance with the arsenic MCL DETAILS: Martin called to discuss the bilateral compliance agreement proposed by drinking water services to address the exceedance of the MCL for arsenic at the water system. He stated that he is doing everything possible to expeditie the process of compliance with the MCL and has already received consultation from Robert Henry regarding arsecic treatment. A flow meter is currently being installed at the water system to size a future treatment system. Martin also stated that he is encouraging the homeowners association to consider a loan through the safe drinking water revolving fund. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
