| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil water notice for power outage DETAILS: Philomath lost power 4/28/14 from 4:35-6:40 pm. This caused the pressure a few homes in Starlight Village to drop to 0 to 20 psi. Philomath shut off meterstops to the homes in Starlight Village with less than 25 psi, issued a boil water notice to customers, flushed (30 to 40 min.), took chlorine residuals at the end of Melville Crescent -1.09 mg/L, and took a coliform sample. The coliform sample, result received on 4/30/14, was absent. Philomath has notified customers today that they no longer need to boil their water. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
