| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Derrick shock chlorinated 900 tank and distribution system 12/16 held for 6 hours, drained and tested then took 3 distribution samples all positive. State concerned spring may be an issue so requested a single spring sample on 12/23 to collect source sample to see if spring still is an issue, before chlorination. System continues on boil water notice. I talked with Derick to obtain a source spring sample directly from the collection basin in the next week depending on the holidays to determine if the spring is a source of contamination. It appears there is concerns in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: I talked with Derick who will take the spring sample in the next week depending on the lab schedule this is based on the triggered monitoring of a groundwater system. | ||
