| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 was detected above MCL for sample on 4/14/2014 DETAILS: The HAA5 was detected at a level of 0.0766 in a sample from SM Site #2 on 4/14/2014. This result is above the MCL which is 0.06 for HAA5. Winston-Dillard will need to continue quarterly monitoring. Once we have 4 consecutive quarters of monitoring (next quarter), we will re-examine the LRAA in relation to the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring | ||
