| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I called Kathy on the phone and informed her of the alert. She was already notified by the lab and they are coming out tomorrow to take the 4 repeat samples. I told her she needed to take 5 routine samples next month regardless of the repeat test results. If the 5 routines are negative then she can return to the normal schedule of 1 sample per month. She does not know what may have caused the positive result. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
