| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert:COLI12743 ---Five temp routine samples collected on 4-7-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 4-8-14 --- Five temp routine samples collected on 4-7-14 tested TC+. I spoke with Chuck, informed him of the MCL violation, sent him a Tier 2 public notice template, and advised him to collect a triggered source sample from each well within 24 hours. I also e mailed him the DWS well disinfection guideline sheet - he says he is going to shock chlorinate the system after getting results of the triggered source samples.
