| Details: | SUMMARY: One repeat sample collected on 4-4-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 4-7-14 --- One repeat sample collected on 4-4-14 tested TC+ (all other repeats and the triggered source sample tested coliform absent). I discussed this sample with Luke: it was collected at the same location as the 3-31-14 routine sample, the bathroom in the doctors office. The aerator on the faucet had not been removed prior to sample collection. We discussed sample invalidation and Luke advised me to request the samples be invalidated: Invalidation request was sent to DMCE on 4-7-14. Luke is aware that a first qtr M&R violation would apply if the sample is invalidated, but that the MCL violation would not, and five temp routines would not be required in April.
