| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I contacted Greg and informed hi that 4 repeat samples, including one from the source must be taken and 5 routine samples must be taken next month. Staff are currently on site obtaining the 4 repeat samples. It was noted that Greg Hayes name is incorrectly listed in state website as Greg Colvin and the phone number for Mr. Hayes is incorrect. I will submit a form to the state with the correct name and phone number. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples today and 5 routine samples next month. | ||
