| Details: | SUMMARY: One repeat sample collected on 4-4-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 4-7-14 --- One repeat sample collected on 4-4-14 tested TC+, as did a triggered source sample from the only source on-line at the time, the new well not yet inventoried in SDWIS but in plan review (this will likely turn out to be called SRC-AC, Well #3. I spoke with Duane McCoy: he has shock chlorinated the water system. I sent him a tier 2 public notice template and DMCEs address to issue and send the notice. We also discussed that five temp routines are due in May. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
