| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform bacteria in routine coliform sample taken 4/8/2014 DETAILS: Chris Schroeder, new operator, called about triggered sample from well head. She took 4 repeat samples: kitchen sink, upper gazebo, lower gazebo and faucet chlorinated water by wellhead. Repeat samples were negative for coliform bacteria. Unchlorinated sample from well positive for total coliform bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Needed: take 5 routine samples in May 2014 | ||
