| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficienties followup DETAILS: Met with Kathy the park manager. The coliform sampling plan is complete. We worked on the O&M and ERP. She will finish them up this coming week. Work on bringing the well casing to above grade will begin on 5/6/14. ACTION NEEDED: 1. email changes to O&M and ERP. 2. email photos of the well casing when work is complete. | ||
