Details: SUMMARY: Routine sample total coliform + DETAILS: I spoke with the water operator about taking 4 repeat samples at various locations throughout the water system. I reminded him that the following month requires 5 routine samples throughout the system including the positive site. Received a call from the operator on 04/07/2014 about the corrective actions taken. The operator stated that he cleaned out the reservoir tank, added bleach to disinfect the tank and clean the distribution lines several days ago. He also checked the UV light system for problems. He stated that samples will be drawn today. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples ASAP.
