| Details: | SUMMARY: Visit to the store DETAILS: The system continues on a boil water notice. I talked with James Nusrala and the system is required to 1) fill the 900 gallon tank, 2) Add 16 cups of 8.25% sodium hypochorite. 3) If possible go to spring box and measure 2 cups of chlorine into spring box 3) Run water through taps till 50ppm or strong odor, 4) Hold for 6 hrs, 5) flush system till tests at 0ppm, 6) Take 3 repeat samples for coliform with chlorine residual tests, 7) Reset residual chlorination treatment test for residual for 2ppm 8) Negative tests for coliform with chlorination, back on quarterly testing and chlorine residual tests. ACTION NEEDED: Derick stated the tank would be filled, treated, held, flushed and 3 samples taken at 0ppm chlorine. Then dosing pump to be installed, set and turned on based on James recommendations. | ||
