| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted due to positive E. coli result in monthly Source Assessment sample DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Sterner on 5/5, he was aware of the alert and had already submitted 5 repeat source samples as well as a routine quarterly sample. Water is chlorinated and stored in reservoirs totaling 15,000 gallons storage capacity. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting results. if E.coli confirmed a public notice will be needed as well as attempt to determine and resolve the problem. If E. coli is confirmed, the system will be evaluated for 4-log disinfection on an interim basis. | ||
