| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4/29/14 Attempted to contact Kathy Meyer by phone. 4/30/14 I contacted Andre and informed him of the positive repeats for total coliform. He thinks it may have happened when they replaced the well pump. He is shocking the well and will post a public notice and do 5 temporary routines next month. I emailed a public notice template to Andre and gave him the fax number for the state. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective Action. Post public notice and send a copy to the state. 5 temporary routines in May | ||
