| Details: | SUMMARY: Ethylene Dibromide level above the MCL DETAILS: I contacted James Nusrala who asked to have the filter maintained then to take another sample to check the system. The system had the filters maintained on February 22 and sent in previous results that were already known. The system was contacted to send results to the state and was now required to take samples after treatment to see if the filters change was adequate on February 28, 2014 ACTION NEEDED: The Ethylene Dibromide system requires to be checked and another sample taken before the end of February which appears was not followed through by Raed. I emailed and called Raed about the system maintenance and taking samples after the filter change. | ||
