Details:	SUMMARY: follow up for tc+ temp routines DETAILS: following 3/28 routine positive coliform+ and 3/31 repeat and trigger positive coliform+, system took 5 temp routines on 4/29. All 5 positive for coliform. Butch called when results done at 2pm 4/30. We discussed taking triggered source samples within 24 hours form both wells. Discussed urgency to distribute public notice to let users know whats happening and that system will be chlorinated again. worked out chlorine recipe for both wells and reservoir for 50ppm and 25ppm respectively. Butch will use sodium hypo in wells and sue water level tube to inject and either liquid bleach or cal hypo tablets in reservoir. He will chlorinate on Friday after source sample results are back. No smoking gun as to where contamination is from. ACTION NEEDED: wait for results from triggered samples then chlorinate per discussion. Develop a public notice for "unresolved coliform" and distribute immediately. PN should have been delivered for confirmed coliform May 3. Allow chlorine to be flushed from system, take residual chlorine to ensure its all gone before taking any follow up samples. Get copy of PN to me and continue sampling until all samples absent for coliforms. Will need another 5 temporary routines in May.
