| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples coliform positive, triggered source Ecoli and coliform positive DETAILS: Spoke to Shane regarding the repeat samples and e-coli positive source sample. I instructed Shane to take five confirmation samples at the well source. We discussed that shock chlorination could occur after the confirmation samples were taken. We also discussed the possibility of shuting off the water in the park to the water risers and leaving the toilet and hand wash sinks on. We discussed the need for a boil water notice if the confirmation samples returned e-coli positive. They decided to post a boil water notice anyway. Shane was informaed of the need to submit five temporary routine samples in June. We also discussed the need for a special distribution and source sample after shock chlorination was completed.
