| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ follow up DETAILS: Following 5 positive temp routines on 4/29, system took 2 triggered source samples and both absent. Spoke with Butch and they will chlorinate again and verification samples will be in the form of the 5 temp routines required in May. Discussed Public notice which was not submitted for initial TC+. Butch and Dan sent copy of what they sent out on 4/29, but the language was confusing. They also called all the users at that time. I received the original notice on 5/8 and sent them the total coliform template to replace it. They re-wrote the correct template and distributed on 5/9. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temp routines in May (can act as your verification samples following another chlorination). Suggest taking two samples after all the chlorine is gone to ensure no more coliforms then take another 3 before end of month. Label all of these temp routines. | ||
