| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Survey on 1/8/14 showed two significant deficiencies. No coliform sampling plan and no gasket on the reservoir hatch lid.John e-mailed me a very detailed coliform sampling plan on 1/22/14 and a picture of the new gasket for the hatch on 3/27/14. ACTION NEEDED: Both of these deficiencies are considered corrected. | ||
