| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow-up for TC+, at well head. DETAILS: The system took multiple samples after last months e. coli + from the well head.All of the confirmation samples were negative. The next month they took one sample in the distribution (negative) and 5 at the well head of which only one was positive for total coliform. No samples actual had to be reported beyond the 5 Confirmation Samples. The system is a quarterly reporter but chooses to sample on a monthly basis. ACTION NEEDED: continue to monitor on a quarterly basis. Operation chooses to monitor monthly. | ||
