| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat samples DETAILS: Four repeat samples came back positive 12/31/13. I left a voice mail for Gary and Sam on 12/31/13 informing them of the requirement to post a public notice and the need for them to determine the reason for the repeat positive samples an correct the problem. I requested they call me back to discuss the matter in detail and mentioned they will still need to take 5 routine samples this month ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice as soon as possible, determine the reason for the repeat positive samples, correct the problem and take 5 routine samples this month. | ||
