Details: SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Operator had collected a sample from the forest service office that had come back total coliform positive. Sample was collected on 5/7/14. Nancy will be collecting the required follow up samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample by 5/22/14. Further action will be based on the results.
