| Details: | SUMMARY: RT positive for Mount Pisgah DETAILS: Spoke with Tom Locascio, he said he is going to trace the lines and look for possible breaks or leaks in the system. He stated that they have one hose bib that is turned upward and may be collecting water that somehow may be getting suctioned back into the lines and contaminating them. ACTION NEEDED: He will be taking 3 RP samples and one source sample and submitting them on 5/13/14. | ||
