Details:	SUMMARY: plumber wanted clarification of pump to waste configuration DETAILS: Chris Bishop of BLM asked Mike Olson to install the required pump to waste fixture at their reconstructed well at this roadside, and Mike called to make sure he understood what valves needed to be where. He was concerned about placing a valve between the pump and the distribution lines- what if someone left it closed accidentally? I reassured him about the pump to waste valve. Also, because he does work on many government-owned PWSs in this sparsely populated part of Oregon (Harney, Lake Co), and he was nof familiar with pump-to-waste, I sent him an email with links to our Plan Review webpage, the PR package for a new well, and pasted in the construction specs for a drinking water well (from the PR package). I also referred him to Scott Curry (PR engineer for Lake Co) if he had any more questions. ACTION NEEDED: Await confirmation that pump-to-waste was installed.
