| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Baker City owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to 9800 people through 4400 connections. Water from the City’s watershed sources is treated with chlorine only prior to entering 2 water reservoirs and being delivered to customers. The Circuit Rider was contacted by the City to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time in the treatment plant reservoirs before the first user. Completed contact tracer study report. ACTION NEEDED: Modify report as needed per OHA and/or City comments. | ||
