| Details: | SUMMARY: regulatory assistance DETAILS: routine quarterly sample tested positive for total coliform. Repeat samples in distribution tested positive. System is a farm stand store that is currently closed for the season. I called the contact phone number and left a message on 3/25/14 and 3/26/14. No call returned. I visited the farm stand on 3/27/14 and nobody was available on the property. The farm stand store and main office are locked and nobody could be found on the farm. ACTION NEEDED: Additional information from the system is required. | ||
