Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly nitrate 7.88 mg/L is greater than half of MCL DETAILS: I talked to Mr. Lee on the phone to remind him to continue his quarterly nitrate testing due to nitrate sample results greater than 5.00 mg/l and less than the MCL of 10.00Also reminded Mr. Lee of his boil water notice due to confirmed total coliform and Ecoli from the source water. ACTION NEEDED: continue quarterly nitrate testing and continue boil water notice.
