| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Routine quarterly sample positive for total coliform. Discussed result with Forest new owner of the store. He state the chlorine pump of the treatment system had failed. The pump has been replaced, residual chlorine is present in distribution and a water lab obtained the required 5 repeat samples this morning. Mr. Griswold was informed that 5 routine samples are required in May. ACTION NEEDED: Verify clean water with 5 repeat sample results and submit 5 routine results in May | ||
