Details:	SUMMARY: Public Notice DETAILS: Met with Jeff and discussed the following: The well was shocked using hyperchlorination 12/7/13. Five samples will be taken today. You must post the public notice within 30 days of when you were notified of your positive coliform results. Until a written report of negative results for all samples are received you must keep the public notice up at all drinking water fountains and sinks including the retail store and snack bar. We drafted the public notice today. You agreed to post it take photos of the posted notice and email the photos to me. You have spoken with Carrie Gentry and the plan review packet has not yet been submitted. Today we agreed you would submit the packet to Carrie by 12/31/13 You completed the operator class on 11/27/13. We agreed you would apply for the setback waiver at the same time you send the Plan Review packet to the state ACTION NEEDED: Owner/operator filled out the ERP Proof of Completion form and it was mailed to the state.
