| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected 5/14/14. The other four routine samples collected the same day tested absent. Spoke with Amos. Advised him of the requirement for three repeat samples from the distribution, plus two triggered source samples from the two wells that were in use. The spring source has not been in use since late March. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat and source samples on May 28. Further action to be based on those results. | ||
