| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample total coliform positive DETAILS: Water operator called me on 5/15/2014. I spoke with Doris "water operator" about taking 4 repeat samples ASAP - one sample at the same location and the other three samples from various locations throughout the water system. I reminded Doris that the following month requires 5 routine samples throughout the system including the positive site. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples ASAP. | ||
