Details:	SUMMARY: Monthly source assessment sampling DETAILS: I discussed with operator that one more source water assessment sample[--e needs to be collected at the well head for SRC-AB. He stated that he will collect that sample today/tomorrow. Informed him this last source sample will end his source assessment sampling for SRC-AB and coliform sampling will consist of quarterly sampling from distribution. ACTION NEEDED: none
