Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: Spoke with Russ by phone on 2/27/14 regarding correction of significant deficiencies described in the sanitary survey of sept. 12, 2013. Mr. Bolton stated all deficiencies have been corrected. Photos were emailed the same day plus one additional photo on 3/19/14 that showed: Properly constructed vent installed on the new well, DOUG 56440, raw water sample tap installed for primary well, removal of chlorine dispenser in treatment system (part of sulfur removal). Firm is no longer required to monitor for chlorine residual and DPD type test kit is no longer required, new well is currently in plan review and the backflow prevention device attached to the irrigation line will be tested annually with results kept on file by the firm. The firm also corrected the recommendation noted regarding the underground water storage tank. A drain to daylight was installed for the below grade vault enclosing the tank door. ACTION NEEDED: complete plan review of new well.
