Details:	SUMMARY: The firm continues to attempt to seal the side crack in the spring box cement wall. Also visited on site to check treatment, no residual detected. The system is using straight bleach in dosing pump. The pump has been rebuilt and filters have been replaced. The dosing continues into the tank, not the intake pipe as requested. Also a triggeres water test is still required. DETAILS: The firm continues to not use the water, and not to cook any food. I am in discussions with James Nusrala, to determine the correct dosing and bleach concentration for treatment. The dosing system will be installed into the intake pipe, this weekend. Once the dose is determined, the distribution will be flushed and residual taken to maintain 1 to 2 mg/L ACTION NEEDED: Take triggered water source at spring box, install treatment, verify residual, seal crack in the springbox, then take a treated water sample to confirm water is safe.
