| Details: | SUMMARY: The firm has provided a source sample from the spring, Total Coliform Positive-COLI12819-source. The spring has been patched around the crack, chlorine injector installed, and chlorine mixture for 2mg/L in system to be monitored daily. A new boil water notice was posted today. DETAILS: The firm continues to not use the water, and not to cook any food. The system will have to have at least 2 quarters of clean water tests, be begin reducing the penalty points. ACTION NEEDED: Begin chlorination, and when furthest point tests at 2mg/L, then take a treatment sample. The next quarter also take a treatment sample, and continue every quarter. Test for chlorination level daily. | ||
