| Details: | SUMMARY: Spring tested positive for total coliform but not Ecoli DETAILS: Per James Nusrala the next step is to shock chlorinate the spring, distribution system and water tank. The system per calculations from the state, one gallon of NSF chlorine will be added to the spring head, flush system, hold overnight. Flush till no residue and take 5 repeat total coliform samples. Derick is planning to treat the spring, distribution and tank today, hold overnight flush tomorrow, test and take 5 repeat samples from the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: I talked with Derick on the phone who will take the 5 repeat samples from the distribution test site on February 14, 2014 or Monday February 17, 2014 | ||
