| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alerts DETAILS: I contacted Andre and discussed the alert. He did shock the well but doesnt think he used enough bleach. I went over calculation for determining quantity and he said he will try again. I informed him that he needs to do 5 more temporary routines in June and post the public notice plus send in a copy to the state. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
