| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to low water pressure complaint DETAILS: I complaint was called in on 5/27/14 regarding low water pressure in a mobile home. I called the tenant back and discussed the issues being had. I made phone calls and researched on the 20psi requirement and how it would apply to a mobile home park with no water meters. Have not come up with an answer yet. (5/29/14) I called the manager, Annita and the tenant back on 5/29/14. When I spoke with the tenant, I had asked if a certified plumber had been to the trailer to determine the cause of the low pressure and this had not been done. When I investigated this same tenant a year ago, the water pressure was over 40psi going in to the trailer. I told the tenant that if a plumber came out and investigated, I would like to know what the report said. At this time, there is not enough to warrant an on-site visit. ACTION NEEDED: Tenant needs to have a certified plumber make an inspection and determine where the low pressure is coming from. Further action could be warranted depending on report. | ||
