| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: I talked to Ann Moritz with Deception Creek . They have completed the O & M manual and ERP. Gene Moritz took the small operators class on 5/5/14 and submitted the required paperwork. They are using NSF approved chlorine and they are measuring the chlorine and recording as required. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
