| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed recording of chlorine residual DETAILS: I spoke with Michael regarding measuring and recording the chlorine residual when staff from the college are not present to complete the task. We agreed that the best option will be to have an on-site security guard measure and record the residual when other staff are not available. Another option I offered is that when no staff are present, if there are no activities on campus and the campus is basically closed, it is reasonable to say the water system didnt serve water to the public and that a residual wasnt required for the day. The only water use would be from a random individual walking a dog or jogging around the campus, and use would not likely meet the definition of a use for a public water system.
