Hanley Farm is a small groundwater system near Medford in Jackson County. OHA has requested that they fill out a Disinfection Verification Form. Tam Moore of Hanley Farm reached out to the circuit rider for assistance in filling out the form.

The circuit rider filled out the Disinfection Verification Form on behalf of Hanley Farm Living History Museum.
