| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on Significant Deficiency status DETAILS: Duane called to confirm what he still needs to do. He gave me dates and status for several of the significant deficiencies. Remaining - 1) he will construct a new roof on the south well vault and other plumbing improvements there by June 30th, and send me written documentation of that deficiency correction by July 31st. 2) He will submit a well setback waiver form by June 30th for the north well which is within 85 ft of a septic drainfield. I re-sent my May 9 email with information about the setback waiver to Duane today. ACTION NEEDED: Mark several deficiencies as having been addressed. Await receipt of a setback waiver request by June 30th, and the documentation of completed vault improvements (for the wells protection from flooding and general sanitary conditions), due by July 31st. | ||
