| Details: | SUMMARY: Karl Dietzler/ Lou Szakal DETAILS: Received alert about RT coliform positive, called lab to ask questions about previous special sample that was coliform positive. The lab tech said this sample was taken on Thursday, they collected repeats on Sunday. Preliminary results for the repeat samples were two positive samples in the distribution. the well was absent and the downstream samples was absent. E-mailed Karl and Lou stating what I knew, sent them a template for tier 2 public notice, asked they investigate the issue and perform remediation. ACTION NEEDED: Post tier 2 public notice, investigate issue, remediate, take 5 TR in July. | ||
