| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI12792 --- A repeat sample and a triggered source sample collected on 5-2-14 tested positive DETAILS: 5-5-14 --- I spoke with Charlotte. She believes a dirty filter is responsible for both positive samples, even the source sample because the triggered source sample for Well #2 was collected downstream from a sediment filter. She plans to install a sample tap right at Well #2, collect a "special" sample, and go from there. I e mailed her a Tier 2 public notice with instructions. She is aware that five temp routines are due in May. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
